Are your products manufactured in Indonesia?

Yes, our products are self-manufactured in Indonesia.

Can I purchase from overseas?

Unfortunately you can't. We only do shipment within Indonesia area at the moment.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we accept Visa and Master credit card.

Do I need to sign up for an account to order?

Yes. The account will provide us with your personal details such as email address and shipping address, so you will not have to give us those information every time you shop. Setting up an account will also give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, special discount and membership program. 

You can either sign up right now or set up your account when you check out – whichever way suits you best. Please use a valid email address as we will send you some information regarding your order.

How do I define my size?

Each of the products has description and measurement about the sizing itself. Please read carefully and make sure you measure your body correctly.

How soon can I get my order?

After you order, transfer, and confirm your payment, we will process the order the NEXT DAY / in 24 hours.
Note that process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company. After that, the shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, varies from 1-3 days for domestic area.
In short, from confirmation time the order will arrive earliest in 3 days.

Can I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel your order after submitting it. Please do review your shopping bag before submitting an order.

I would like to order SOLD OUT items. Is it possible?

Usually for Sold Out items we won't produce it anymore. However, you can drop us an email at: hello@warangkabatik.com and we'll check it whether the items are still available in our stokists.

Why is my order cancelled?

Maximum payment for an order is 2x24 hrs after the order have been placed. If the payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be cancelled automatically.

What should I do if I have received the package but there is a problem with the product?

We deeply apologize for our error. Please read the Return and Exchange policy, or simply drop us an email: hello@warangkabatik.com.

What should I do if I have completed the payment but forgot to confirm within the time limit?

Can I exchange or return sale item(s)?

No you can't, sale items are non-changable and non-refundable. All sale items are final unless it's a manufacturing mistake.
